Construction Techniques

Preparation and tools: The application tools mainly include mechanical agitator, mixing barrel, measuring cup, putty spatula, rubber spatula and sponge, etc.

Preparation of application:Clean up excess paving materials from the grout joints, and test the absorbability of the tile surface. Surface protection should be conducted to avoid contamination or scratch the glazed surface. If the tile is glazed and flat without concavity and convexity, scraping in batch is recommended. Otherwise, joint filling method should be used.

Preparation of grouts:Volume of water is given in Certificate.   Add water to the mixing bucket, and then slowly add the powders while mixing until a homogeneous paste without lumps is obtained. Wait 3 to 5 minutes prior to re-mixing for 15-30 seconds. Finally, it is ready for use. The mixed adhesive should be used up in 1 hours.

Joint Grouting:As for scraping in batch method, rubber or soft plastic spatulas should be used to scrape the joint grouts in batch onto the surface of tile, to fill the joint. Then, remove the excess slurry. Clean the surface of tiles with a damp sponge after surface drying of grouts in joint, and clean the tiles again after 24 hours.

This product contains cement, which may cause skin and eye irritation. So please wear the necessary protective equipment during application. If it touches your eyes, remove contact lenses and keep eyelids open. Rinse open eye immediately with plenty of running water. Seek medical advice if complaint continues.
