Recognized as a national technology innovation demonstration enterprise and a national high-tech enterprise, we have secured approval to establish a National Key Laboratory for Special Functional Waterproof Materials.

Our infrastructure includes nationally accredited enterprise technology centers, post-doctoral research workstations, and an advanced rubber and plastic waterproof materials engineering laboratory at the Beijing Municipal Engineering Laboratory. We've established four major research and development centers focusing on product innovation, production process and equipment, application technology, and engineering construction technology. Additionally, we've founded a vocational technical college to elevate standardized construction service skills and cultivate globally competitive industry technicians. Our global perspective on technological innovation includes the establishment of the Waterproof Coatings Global Excellence Research Center in the United States.
