Construction Techniques

Substrate Preparation: The base surface must be flat and firm, free from floating ash, grease, paint, etc. The tensile adhesion strength of the base should be greater than or equal to 0.4 MPa. If there are cracks, they should be filled and repaired first.

Primer Construction: Before construction, use the special primer DR-P100 for colored decorative mortar to seal the substrate.

Base Coat Construction: Mix 1 bucket of emulsion with 1 bag of base coat powder in a mixing container. Stir with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until it forms a uniform paste. Let it stand for 3 minutes, then stir for another 15 seconds before use. Use a trowel to evenly spread the mortar on the substrate, with a construction thickness of 1-2mm. After it dries (approximately 2-4 hours, depending on weather conditions), surface coat construction can proceed.

Surface Coat Construction: Mix 1 bucket of emulsion with 1 bag of surface coat powder in a mixing container. Stir with an electric mixer for 3-5 minutes until it forms a uniform paste. Let it stand for 3 minutes, then stir for another 15 seconds before use. Spray the evenly mixed decorative mortar onto the substrate using a spray gun. The distance between the spray nozzle and the wall should be 30-40cm, and the spray thickness should be 1-3mm. When spraying, adhere to the principles of "top to bottom, horizontal segmentation, vertical layering, and reasonable arrangement". Seams should be placed at natural break points. Alternatively, manual construction can be performed using a metal trowel or custom tools to create desired patterns or textures.
