Applications

It is suitable for paving and joint sealing of a variety of interior and exterior paper tiles and mosaics tiles, but not for pasting the mosaics tiles with susceptible to alkali coatings on the back.

Construction Techniques

Preparation and tools: Check the back of ceramic tiles, and clean any release agents and impurities. The application tools mainly include mechanical agitator, mixing barrel, measuring cup, notched trowel, putty knife, rubber hammer, horizontal ruler, tape measure, ink box or laser level, ceramic tile cutter, sponge, cross rubber particles, etc.

Substrate treatment:The substrate must be solid, clean, and free of grease, wax stains, concrete curing agent or any loose materials. The flatness deviation of the substrate should be less than 3mm/2m.

Preparation of the two-in-one adhesive :Volume of water is given in Certificate.   Add water to the mixing bucket, and then slowly add the powders while mixing with mechanical agitator until a homogeneous paste without lumps is obtained. Wait 3 to 5 minutes prior to re-mixing for 15-30 seconds. The mixed adhesive should be used up in 2 hours.

Paper Tiles paving:Apply forcefully the tile adhesive onto the surface of substrate with spatula, and process the adhesive layer with notched trowel. Make sure that each coating area is not more than 1 square meter. Apply adhesive on the back of tile to seal the joints and formed a film with thickness of about 1mm. Then press the paper tiles on the processed adhesive layer before drying in 20 min. Before tiles paving, touch the adhesive layer with your fingers to check whether it is dried. If it is not dried yet, tiles paving can be conducted. Otherwise, adhesive layer should be applied again. Wait for 60 minutes and wet the paper with a brush. Remove the paper after the paper is fully wetted.
Clean the joints with a damp sponge after 30 minutes, and clean the tile after 24 hours.

This product contains cement, which may cause skin and eye irritation. So please wear the necessary protective equipment during application. If it touches your eyes, remove contact lenses and keep eyelids open. Rinse open eye immediately with plenty of running water. Seek medical advice if complaint continues.
