The project is located on East Third Ring Middle Road in Chaoyang District, Beijing, in the core area of CBD, covering an area of 197000 square meters. The total construction area of the new CCTV site construction project is about 550000 square meters, with the highest building of 234 meters. The appearance of the CCTV headquarters building is avant-garde and was selected by Time magazine as one of the top ten architectural wonders of the world in 2007.
