Overseas Sales Manager - Mexico

Job Responsibilities
  • 1. Responsible for expanding the company's foreign trade business and developing customers;

  • 2. Implement the pricing and sales strategies set by the company, and implement overseas market promotion plans for products;

  • 3. Responsible for evaluating and tracking foreign trade orders, managing business processes, and controlling risks;

  • 4. Follow up on inquiries, independently complete the entire foreign trade process: order negotiation, signing, execution, and follow up on the collection of sales accounts;

  • 5. Achieve the performance goals set by the company, maintain and enhance the company's competitiveness in the international market;

  • 6. Regularly review and summarize work, able to independently handle and complete assigned tasks;

  • 7. Complete other related work tasks assigned by company leaders.

Qualification
  • 1. Bachelor's degree or above, international trade or English/Spanish related majors are preferred, fluent in business English/Spanish speaking and accurate in English/Spanish translation;

  • 2. Capable of independently developing overseas markets, familiar with the operation process of foreign trade export business, proficient in relevant legal knowledge, and with more than 3 years of international trade work experience;

  • 3. Strong negotiation skills in foreign business, with experience in foreign trade in film or packaging industries such as 

  • 4. Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and teamwork spirit, diligent, down-to-earth, patient, and proactive in work, possessing strong expression, communication, and coordination skills;

  • 5. Proficient in using various office software, possessing basic data organization and logical analysis skills.


  • Proven track record of success in overseas sales and business development, preferably in the construction materials industry.

  • In-depth understanding of the Mexican market, with established contacts and networks in the construction and building materials sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluency in English and Spanish is essential; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
