VASA Tech Group has been committed to building a "star-rated" service team at all levels. Certification of Star-rated Technical Service Engineers is one of the important measures in this regard.

To continuously improve the service capabilities of technical service engineers, enhance professional skills in tile laying, lightweight plastering, gypsum leveling, white mortar decoration systems, etc., and cultivate a team of technically proficient service personnel to respond to customer needs promptly and ensure high-quality delivery, Oriental Yuhong Cementitious Technology Group successfully held the 2024 Annual Star-rated Technical Service Engineer Certification Examination at its factory in Jiande, Hangzhou, from January 24th to 27th.

Since the initiation of the Star-rated Technical Service Engineer (TSE) certification project in 2022, certification work has been continuously carried out, and this is now the 5th phase. The certification consists of 5 levels corresponding to the five major systems of VASA Tech Group. For each system assessment passed, one star certification is obtained, with a maximum of five stars. In the future, the Star Technician Medal will become a new "badge" for outstanding technicians of Oriental Yuhong Cementitious Technology Group, serving as a new "business card" for customers to understand the strength of technicians.

This certification focused on the three-star technical service engineer certification for the "white mortar decoration system." Thirty-five technicians from all over the country competed in the same arena, demonstrating their solid theoretical knowledge and professional practical abilities when facing different effect requirements. Through exchanges and learning, their professional literacy was enhanced. In the end, after strict evaluation by on-site judges and comprehensive assessment of more than 16 criteria, a total of 14 people passed this certification.
